Important Information on Rates and Policies

  • Weekday Rates: Sunday through Thursday
  • Weekend Rates: Friday and Saturday
  • Cleaning Deposit: All rooms are subject to a $200 cleaning deposit.
  • Occupancy: Rates are for one or two persons; additional guests are $15 each. Kids 13 and under stay free.
  • Pet Fees: A fee of $15 per pet per night is applicable.
  • Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy is in place, or one night will be charged.
  • Specials and Gift Certificates: Valid any day except during holidays and special events. They cannot be combined with other discounts.
